PARKOUR CLASSES
Our parkour classes help students build strength, confidence, and creativity through movement. From playful first steps to advanced skill development, students learn how to jump, climb, land, flow, and express themselves safely and progressively.
Classes focus on strong fundamentals, problem-solving, adaptability, and personal growth, with pathways that include technical parkour, creative flow, and flips and twists. Most classes are designed for ages 7 and up, with a Superhero program available for ages 5 to 6.
Whether students are brand new or highly experienced, parkour at Sage Movement encourages resilience, confidence, and lifelong movement skills.
PARKOUR OPEN GYM
Explore movement your way.
Open Gym offers supervised, self‑guided training time where students can practice skills, explore obstacles, and move freely through the space. Coaches are present for safety and guidance, but the focus is on independence, creativity, and experimentation.
This is a great option for experienced students who want extra practice, or for those who enjoy unstructured movement time.
