Superhero Classes
Our Superhero Classes are designed specifically for young movers who love to jump, climb, crawl, and imagine big. Through playful parkour inspired games and obstacle courses, students develop balance, coordination, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
Classes focus on listening skills, body awareness, and basic movement patterns like landing, rolling, and climbing, while encouraging creativity and fun. This is the perfect introduction to movement before progressing into our main parkour program.
Great for building confidence, coordination, and a love of movement.
Age Group: 5 & 6
Beginner Classes
Beginner Parkour is where students learn the foundations that everything else is built on. Classes focus on safe landings, basic vaults, rolling, climbing, and movement control, while developing strength, balance, and coordination.
Students are guided to move at their own pace, solve movement challenges, and build confidence in a supportive group setting. No prior parkour experience is required.
Ideal for new students or anyone building strong movement fundamentals.
Age Groups: 7-9 | 10-12 | 13-15 | 16+
PARKOUR • THE PROGRESSION
Intermediate Classes
Intermediate classes are for students who are comfortable with foundational techniques and ready to link movements together with more control and intention. Classes introduce greater height, speed, and complexity while refining technique, efficiency, and spatial awareness.
Students are challenged to problem solve creatively, adapt to different environments, and develop stronger flow and confidence in their movement.
Best for students with a solid foundation who want to level up their skills.
Age Groups: 7-9 | 10-12 | 13-15 | 16+
Advanced Classes
Advanced Parkour is for experienced students who are confident with complex movement and controlled risk. Classes emphasize power, precision, adaptability, and personal expression while tackling advanced obstacles, technical challenges, and dynamic sequences.
Students are encouraged to push their limits responsibly, refine their personal style, and develop leadership, focus, and resilience through movement.
Instructor approval required.
Age Groups: 7-9 | 10-12 | 13-15 | 16+
PARKOUR • EXPRESSION & FLOW
PK Style Classes
PK Style focuses on movement expression, flow, and creativity alongside technical skill development. Students work on fluid transitions, rhythm, efficiency, and personal style while moving through space.
Classes also place a strong emphasis on flips, twists, and acrobatic techniques, teaching students how to approach these skills safely, progressively, and with control. This class blends parkour, freerunning, and expressive movement for students who enjoy creativity, style, and dynamic movement.
Perfect for students who enjoy creativity, style, and expressive movement.
PARKOUR • SUMMER CAMPS
Summer Camps
Sage Movement Summer Camps provide an active, engaging, and confidence‑building experience for children ages 7 to 12 during the summer months. Our camps use parkour and intentional movement as tools to support physical development, problem‑solving, and self‑confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Rather than focusing on competition or extreme skills, camps emphasize progression, creativity, and self‑trust. Campers learn how to move their bodies with awareness and control while navigating obstacles and challenges at their own pace. All activities are designed to be approachable for beginners while still offering meaningful challenges for more experienced movers.
What to Expect
Each camp day includes:
- Guided parkour and movement training
- Creative obstacle challenges and movement games
- Skill development focused on balance, coordination, strength, and mobility
- Opportunities for teamwork, communication, and individual goal setting
Our camps keep kids active and engaged while also encouraging independence, resilience, and positive risk‑taking.
Who Camps Are For
Sage Movement Summer Camps are well suited for children ages 7–12 who:
- Enjoy being active and trying new challenges
- May not connect with traditional team sports
- Are new to parkour or movement training
- Benefit from individual progression in a supportive environment
No prior parkour experience is required.
Our Approach
Safety and progression are central to every camp. Movements and challenges are carefully scaled to each child’s ability, and new skills are introduced gradually to build confidence and readiness. The goal is not perfection, but growth through effort, exploration, and learning. Along with physical skills, campers leave with improved self‑confidence, problem‑solving ability, and a stronger connection to their own capabilities.
Sage Movement Summer Camps offer a meaningful and engaging alternative to traditional summer programming, combining movement, mindset, and community in a way that supports lasting development.
